Jewell Jackson McCabe

With wide-ranging experience in both the public and private sectors, Jewell Jackson McCabe is a businesswoman who serves as director on a variety of boards; is a presidential, gubernatorial and mayoral appointee; a consultant to major corporations and cultural and civic institutions; and is founder and chair of a national women’s advocacy organization, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW).

Ms. McCabe serves on the board of Reliance Group Holdings, Inc.; Alight.Com; the New York City Investment Fund, L.I.C.; The Wharton School of Business; Bard College; The National Alliance of Business; The New York City Partnership; Research America; New York City Commission on the Status of Women; and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Manhattan. As president of Jewell Jackson McCabe Associates—a management consulting firm specializing in strategic communications—she has advised a wide range of corporations in the private and public sectors. These corporations include American Express, Matsushita Electric Corporation of America (Panasonic), Reliance Group Holdings, International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and The College Board.
