If someone is interested in forming a chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW), she should assemble a core group of 25 women who are also interested in organizing a chapter, then, the organizing leader should send a letter expressing such interest the be approved to:

A copy of the letter will be mailed to the chair of the Chapter Development Committee within 5 days of receipt. The chair will talk with and respond in writing to the organizing leader and 2 copies of the chapter organizing guidelines will be enclosed in the correspondence.
