 Refund Policy : Refunds will not be granted unless payment is received in full at national headquarters by September 10, and a written request for a refund postmarked by that date. Refunds will be in the form of a check from the NCBW/Community Services Fund. A $75 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Returned Check Policy : A fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks.
